What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity starts at just 50 units for most box styles. Some specialty finishes (like rigid boxes with magnetic closures) start at 100 units. We keep minimums low intentionally — so small brands, startups, and growing businesses can access premium packaging without committing to large volumes.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs in 10–15 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available on select box styles and can be completed in as few as 7 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. We ship across the continental US with tracked freight and courier options.
Is design really free? What's included?
Yes — completely free, no strings attached. Our in-house design team creates print-ready dieline artwork for every order. You get up to 3 rounds of revisions to get the design exactly right. If you already have artwork, our team checks it for print readiness and flags any issues before production begins. There are no design fees, no setup costs, and no artwork charges.
What printing and finishing options are available?
We offer full-color CMYK offset and digital printing, available on all box styles. Finishing options include matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch lamination, spot UV coating, foil stamping (gold, silver, custom colors), embossing, debossing, and aqueous coating. Interior printing is also available. Our team will recommend the best finish combination for your brand and budget.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
Absolutely. We offer pre-production samples (also called prototypes or dummies) for most box styles. Sample lead time is typically 5–7 business days. Sample fees apply but are credited toward your full order. This is the best way to check dimensions, materials, and structural integrity before committing to full production — we strongly recommend it for first-time orders.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging options?
Yes. We stock FSC-certified paperboard, recycled kraft, and biodegradable materials across our full product range. Soy-based inks are available on request. If sustainability is a brand priority, let us know in your quote request and we'll recommend the most eco-conscious option that still meets your quality and budget requirements.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your boxes arrive damaged, defective, or don't match the approved proof, we reprint or refund — no questions, no arguments.
