These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vision Printed Boxes website and your relationship with us when you request quotes, place orders, or receive custom packaging services. By using our site or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
Vision Printed Boxes ("VPB," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom packaging design, manufacturing coordination, and related services to businesses in the United States. These Terms apply to all visitors, quote requesters, and customers.
If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
VPB operates as a catalog and quote-based custom packaging provider. Our website showcases box styles, materials, and industries we serve. We do not process online checkout or retail purchases through this site. Instead, you may:
- Browse product and packaging information;
- Submit quote requests via our forms, email, or phone;
- Work with our team on specifications, design proofs, and production timelines;
- Place orders through written confirmation (email or approved quote document).
Services may include structural guidance, free design support on qualifying orders, print production, finishing (foil, emboss, spot UV, soft-touch, etc.), and shipping coordination within the United States unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotes & Orders
3.1 Quote requests
Information you provide in a quote request is used to prepare an estimate. Quotes are non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties. We aim to respond within one business day but do not guarantee a specific response time.
3.2 Order confirmation
An order is formed when you approve a written quote (or purchase order we accept) that specifies product type, dimensions, quantity, material, print specifications, price, and estimated timeline. Verbal approvals should be confirmed in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
3.3 Minimums & changes
Minimum order quantities vary by box style and material and will be stated on your quote. Changes after proof approval may incur additional fees and delay production. We will notify you before proceeding with material changes that affect cost or schedule.
4. Design & Artwork
We offer complimentary design support on qualifying orders to help prepare print-ready artwork and dielines. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product dimensions and branding assets;
- Reviewing proofs carefully before approval;
- Ensuring you have rights to all logos, fonts, images, and content supplied;
- Compliance with applicable labeling, regulatory, and industry requirements for your products.
Approved proofs authorize production to match the approved artwork. We are not liable for errors present in approved proofs, including typos, color expectations not specified in the quote, or regulatory omissions in your supplied content.
5. Production & Shipping
5.1 Turnaround
Standard production typically runs 10–15 business days after final proof approval and payment terms are met, unless your quote states otherwise. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
5.2 Shipping
Shipping costs, method, and risk of loss are defined on your order confirmation. Title and risk of loss generally pass upon delivery to the carrier unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly and reporting damage or shortages within five (5) business days of delivery.
5.3 Samples
Physical samples or material swatches, when offered, are provided for evaluation only. Sample fees may apply and may be credited toward a qualifying production order as stated on your quote.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms (deposit, balance due, net terms for approved accounts) are specified on your quote or invoice. Production may not begin until required deposits are received. Late payments may pause production or delay shipment.
Because custom packaging is made to your specifications, orders are generally non-cancelable after proof approval. If we produce goods that materially deviate from an approved proof or specification, we will work in good faith to reprint, replace, or provide a credit as appropriate. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
Our website content, layouts, templates, and proprietary design tools remain our property or our licensors' property. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your brand assets. You grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely to fulfill your order and provide related services. We may display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you notify us in writing that a project is confidential.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Interfere with site performance or other users' access.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. Product images and descriptions are representative; final printed colors and materials may vary within industry-standard tolerances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VPB and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. General Provisions
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law applies to your transaction.
- Disputes: Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal remedies. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Updates: We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
